Wildflower Honey
Light, floral and golden. Foraged from summer meadows and hedgerow blossom.
ยฃ8.50 ยท 340g jar View detailsAPBees is a small family apiary in the Lincolnshire countryside. Our bees forage the wildflowers, hedgerows and heather of Elsham โ and we bottle what they make, one jar at a time.
No blends, no heating, no shortcuts. Just honey as the bees made it โ gently filtered and jarred by hand.
Every jar comes from hives we tend ourselves โ never sourced, never blended with imported honey.
We never pasteurise. Honey keeps its natural enzymes, pollen and aroma โ exactly as the bees produced it.
We only harvest what the colony can spare. Our bees are wintered on their own honey, not sugar.
A small selection of what's in the larder right now. Quantities are limited โ when it's gone, it's gone.

APBees began with three hives at the bottom of the garden and a curiosity about where honey really comes from. Years on, we still keep things small โ because small is what lets us know each colony, harvest carefully, and bottle honey the way it's meant to be.
We don't bulk-blend. We don't ship from a warehouse. Every jar is filled, labelled and sealed by hand at the kitchen table.
Read our story โ"The best honey I've had since my granddad kept bees. The wildflower jar is so floral it almost tastes like the meadow." โ Margaret R., Brigg
"Lovely people, lovely honey. The heather is something else โ we keep one jar aside just for special occasions." โ Tom & Sarah, Barnetby
