APBees is a small family apiary in the Lincolnshire countryside. Our bees forage the wildflowers, hedgerows and heather of Elsham — and we bottle what they make, one jar at a time.
Why APBees
Small hives, slow harvest, real honey.
No blends, no heating, no shortcuts. Just honey as the bees made it — gently filtered and jarred by hand.
Our own apiary
Every jar comes from hives we tend ourselves — never sourced, never blended with imported honey.
Raw & unheated
We never pasteurise. Honey keeps its natural enzymes, pollen and aroma — exactly as the bees produced it.
Bee-friendly beekeeping
We only harvest what the colony can spare. Our bees are wintered on their own honey, not sugar.

Our story
A family apiary in the Lincolnshire countryside.
APBees began with three hives at the bottom of the garden and a curiosity about where honey really comes from. Years on, we still keep things small — because small is what lets us know each colony, harvest carefully, and bottle honey the way it's meant to be.
We don't bulk-blend. We don't ship from a warehouse. Every jar is filled, labelled and sealed by hand at the kitchen table.
